To measure your head, use a non-elastic measuring tape. Position the start of the tape on the center of your forehead. Wrap the tape around your head, ensuring it passes 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your ears for the best fit. Where the tape comes full circle, mark the meeting point, then remove it from your head to see the measurement. Try to be as accurate as you can to get the right measurement.
