How colors are handled

Embroidery uses thread colors, not ink. We’ll match your artwork to the closest thread colors available. If you have Pantone references, include them—we’ll get as close as possible to your brand colors.

If you're uploading a company logo or a bold graphic with solid colors, this is the print method for you. It delivers crisp edges, great color, and a smooth finish that works on everything from cotton to polyester. It's also ideal for short runs—so whether you're ordering five shirts or five hundred, DTF keeps it easy.

How colors are printed

We print using CMYK, so if you’re working in RGB or Hex, no problem—we’ll convert it. If you have a Pantone reference, send it along and we’ll do our best to match it.

We offer bundle discounts, the more you order, the more you save! You can create custom bundles by mixing and matching different products. Our pricing breaks are at quantities of 12, 24, 48, 72, and 144, with each tier unlocking a new discount level.

Online orders are typically produced in 6 to 10 business days. Add between 1 to 5 business days for shipping. If you are located in Eastern Canada, you can expect a 1 to 2 business days for shipping. If you are located in Western Canada, you can expect 3 to 5 business days for shipping. For US customers, you can expect shipping times from 2 to 5 business days. In some rare cases, there might be out of stock products which will require us to supply you with a similar or better product that will match. For example, if you order a Forest Green Gildan Heavy Cotton T-Shirt and the color is out of stock, we could provide you with a higher quality t-shirt with a similar fit such as a Next Level t-shirt of the same color.
