    Custom Printing FAQs

    Online orders are usually shipped in 2 to 5 business days whereas custom orders are typically produced in 7 to 10 business days. Add between 1 to 5 business days for shipping. If you are located in Eastern Canada, you can expect a 1 to 2 business days for shipping. If you are located in Western Canada, you can expect 3 to 5 business days for shipping. For US customers, you can expect shipping times from 2 to 5 business days. If you need your order before, please get in touch with us at contact@printeez.com. We are not responsible for additional delays that may occur with our shipping partners.
    Yes. You can order as little as 1 unit either blank or printed for most products.

    Online orders

    For all online orders, our team will choose the best printing method depending on the quantity and style you chose. It could be DTG, DTF, screen printing or embroidery.

    Custom orders

    When you request a quote for t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and tote bags, depending on the design you chose as well as the quantity needed, you will have the choice between DTG, DTF and screen printing.

    For caps and hats, we usually do embroidery. Depending on the design, we might have to use digital printing to get a better definition.

    When using screen printing, we can match Pantone colors and be 100% accurate if you provide specific colors. When using digital printing, we cannot do a perfect match since our equipment is printing using CMYK inks. If you are looking for a specific color match, make sure you order in bulk and mention your Pantone colors in the notes section.

    The largest print area available is 14'' x 18.5'' in the bulk pricing section using screen printing. Standard print areas are 12'' x 16'' for a full front or a full back area. Every order is carefully reviewed and we make sure that the sizing fits our standards and will look good. If you have a special request for a print size, please write it in the notes section when you place your order.
    In some rare cases, there might be out of stock products which will require us to supply you with a similar or better product that will match. For example, if you order a Forest Green Gildan Heavy Cotton T-Shirt and the color is out of stock, we could provide you with a higher quality t-shirt with a similar fit such as a Next Level t-shirt of the same color.
    No. We don't print, embroider or decorate on garments that are not sold by us. In other words, we don't do contract printing.

    We are human. We do our best to deliver top quality products with top quality prints that will last. We follow strict guidelines to make sure your colours are on point and that we deliver what you've asked for. That being said, if you receive your order and are not fully satisfied, write us an email at contact@printeez.com. We don't do refunds. In most cases, we will redo your order to meet your expectations.
    We are a Canadian based company. We are not responsible for any custom fees that may apply if your order from the US. Please note that orders below $800 USD are not subject to duty fees.
