We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Additionally, we now offer Sezzle, which allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments over six weeks.
At Printeez, we specialize in various printing techniques such as Screen Printing, Embroidery, Direct to Film (DTF), and Direct to Garment (DTG). Based on your order, we’ll select the best method to ensure the highest quality for your custom apparel. Rest assured, all our work is backed by the Printeez quality guarantee, so your designs will look amazing!

We offer bundle discounts, the more you order, the more you save! You can create custom bundles by mixing and matching different products. Our pricing breaks are at quantities of 12, 24, 48, 72, and 144, with each tier unlocking a new discount level.

Yes! If your order qualifies, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout. If you don’t see the discount, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Online orders are typically produced in 2 to 5 business days. Add between 1 to 5 business days for shipping. If you are located in Eastern Canada, you can expect a 1 to 2 business days for shipping. If you are located in Western Canada, you can expect 3 to 5 business days for shipping. For US customers, you can expect shipping times from 2 to 5 business days. If you need your order before, please get in touch with us at contact@printeez.com. We are not responsible for additional delays that may occur with our shipping partners.
In some rare cases, there might be out of stock products which will require us to supply you with a similar or better product that will match. For example, if you order a Forest Green Gildan Heavy Cotton T-Shirt and the color is out of stock, we could provide you with a higher quality t-shirt with a similar fit such as a Next Level t-shirt of the same color.
We are human. We do our best to deliver top quality products with top quality prints that will last. We follow strict guidelines to make sure your colours are on point and that we deliver what you've asked for. That being said, if you receive your order and are not fully satisfied, write us an email at contact@printeez.com. We don't do refunds. In most cases, we will redo your order to meet your expectations.
